COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I use hockey as a conduit for developing hockey players into upstanding, responsible, goal-oriented, and hardworking individuals. I run fast pace intense practices to ensure the players are training their bodies and minds to be prepared to play in a game situation. I extensively use video and slow down the practice down to show the players what they are doing right and wrong which will enable them to build correct muscle memory and help them build confidence in their abilities.
