COACHING PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy emphasizes hard work in player development. I will provide patience and a great learning environment that includes high intensity, detail-oriented, aggressive hockey, and systematic practices. I like to give the players some creative freedom to demonstrate their skills on the ice as well.

I value open communication with my players, which I believe is very important in aiding the development of the player and gaining the team's buy-in to what I'm teaching. I take coaching very seriously and work every day to make it my full-time job.
