With over 40 years of coaching experience, Alfie focuses on heads-up hockey and building confidence with the puck. He encourages all players to concentrate on making plays and playing a puck possession game. His coaching mantra is "Dish, Dash, & Dangle," emphasizing the importance of passing, speed, and skillful puck handling. Alfie believes that no one skates faster than a pass, underscoring the significance of teamwork and strategic play.
